All apartments and studios are self-catering, with free WiFi, private bathroom, linen and towels included, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning.
On the terrace you will find a quiet space with an outdoor swimming pool!

BOOKINGS
To complete any reservation, we kindly request the guest credit cards details (name, number, valid thru and the last 3 digit code on the reverse - CVV), home address and billing address (if different) with post code, contact telephone number, tax number. These details are to hold the guest reservation only, unless cancellation charges are incurred.

PRE-PAYMENT
50 percent of of the total amount of the reservation in case of 3 or more nights.
100 percent of the total amount of the reservation in case of 1 nights staying.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged and the prepayment will be refunded.
In case of late cancellations or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit (one-night rate) will be charged on the day of check-in to cover the expenses of any repairs of eventual damages to the premises, namely the guest suite, greater than normal ‘wear and tear’. Security Deposit will be refunded upon check-out if no damages occur.
